Comments: this photo was taken at Santa Monica pier on a Sunday afternoon, this was the second green flash, that I have been able to get in a photograph, it was one of the brightest. I have seen in many years. For those who do not know what a green flash is. It is the sun rays being bent by the atmosphere like a prism, so what you see when you see a green flash is actually the sun already down below the horizon, so you have to have a clear horizon for several hundred miles without any clouds were obstructions, because the light rays are being bent to the color green. I brought this picture into camera raw and adjusted the exposure and clarity and added a gradient filter for the sky. Just above the sun set, and increased fill light, and not much more.
